2025 VASBO Fall Conference
VASBO is excited to be hosting the 2025 Fall Conference, November 13-14 at the beautiful Omni Homestead hotel in Bath County. This year's conference will feature a great lineup of speakers to address the most pressing issues in school business and provide ideas to assist you daily.
REGISTRATION
All VASBO members will be required to register online via the VASBO website.
Registration fees are as follows:

Member Registration: Includes all meals, sessions and activities: $300

Non-Member Registration: Includes all meals, sessions and activities: $400
HOTEL INFORMATION
This year's conference will be hosted at the Omni Homestead in Hot Springs, VA.
All attendees should make hotel reservations directly through the hotel's website, HERE. VASBO has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $209/night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
**Please note that the discounted guestroom cut-off date is October 14, 2025 or when the room block is full. After this, the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted room rate.
VENDOR PARTNERS
All VASBO vendor members will be required to register online via the VASBO website.
VASBO's Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond partners receive vendor space and complimentary registrations for representatives to attend the Fall Conference as follows:

Additional partners can register for $500/person
Electricity: Electricity can be purchased through the online registration system for $55.
Shipping Information: Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a $5.00 per box, incoming and $5.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by Hotel’s Security Department. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a $125.00 handling charge. Any boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing, $25.00 per box handling fee. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Group’s Conference Services Manager. A storage fee of $5.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the Event. Hotel is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.
