2024 VASBO Spring Conference

VASBO is excited to be hosting the 2024 Spring Conference, May 13-15 at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump. This year's conference will feature a great lineup of speakers to address the most pressing issues in school business and provide ideas to assist you daily.

REGISTRATION

All VASBO members will be required to register online via the VASBO website. To register for this year's conference, click HERE.

Registration fees are as follows: 

  • Conference Registration including all meals, sessions and activities: $300 

HOTEL INFORMATION 

This year's conference will be hosted at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump. For more information on the hotel, visit their website HERE.

All attendees should make hotel reservations directly through the hotel's website, HERE. VASBO has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $169/night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

**Please note that the discounted guestroom cut-off date is April 19, 2024 or when the room block is full. After this, the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted room rate.

  • VASBO's Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond partners receive vendor space and complimentary registrations for representatives to attend the Spring Conference as follows: 
    • Diamond: 4 Complimentary Registrations
    • Platinum: 3 Complimentary Registrations
    • Gold: 1 Complimentary Registration
    • Silver: 1 Complimentary Registration
    • Additional partners can register for $500/person
  • Electricity: Electricity can be purchased through the online registration system for $35. 
  • Shipping Information: Exhibitors may ship items to the Hotel no sooner than 3 days prior to the conference. All packages are to be delivered to:
