Dear Vendor member

VASBO is preparing an exciting conference this spring at the Virginia Beach Hilton Oceanfront May 11-13, 2008.  This year the conference center does not have sufficient space for exhibit booths with pipes and drapes.  Exhibit hall will provide a table-top display space 8’ wide and 6’ deep with a 6’ skirted table, but there will be no pipes and drapes in the exhibit hall this year.  However, our platinum sponsors will have booths in the entry foyer.  The tables will have signage identifying each vendor.  Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  To assist you, attached is the following documentation:
